Privacy Policy

Last updated October 20, 2026

This policy explains what Clovoso collects when you use clovoso.com, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we can and never sell your data.

What we collect

Account details: your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google, and nothing else.

Usage of the library: which prompts you unlock and when, so we can apply your plan's limits.

Billing: your plan, and the customer and subscription IDs Stripe gives us. Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us.

Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept for security.

How we use it

To run your account, apply your plan, take payments, answer your messages and keep the service secure. We don't use your data for advertising and don't share it with advertisers.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run Clovoso: Stripe (payments), Google (if you choose Google sign-in) and our hosting provider (Hostinger, where our servers run). Each only gets what its job needs.

We may disclose data if the law requires it.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in, and the browser's local storage to remember small preferences. No tracking or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. When you delete your account, or ask us to, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except billing records we must keep by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to tech@nevtec.org. Where the GDPR or the LGPD apply, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll say so on the site or by email before it takes effect.
