Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Clovoso (clovoso.com and api.clovoso.com): a library of website templates and the AI prompts that build them. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.
Your account
You can sign up with an email and password or with Google. Keep your login safe: you are responsible for what happens under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to create an account.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service or tries to get around its limits.
Plans and copy limits
The Free plan lets you unlock a limited number of prompts per day and does not include Pro templates. Paid plans raise or remove those limits and include Pro templates, as described on the pricing section of the site at the time you buy.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown before you pay and may change for future purchases; a change never affects what you already paid for.
Refunds
If Clovoso isn't for you, write to tech@nevtec.org within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. After 14 days, purchases are not refundable except where the law says otherwise.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
What you may do with the prompts
Prompts you unlock are yours to use, for yourself and for client work, including the websites, videos and other output you make with them.
You may not resell, republish or redistribute the prompts themselves, alone or as a collection, or use them to build a competing prompt library.
The Clovoso name, site, previews and prompt texts remain ours. Output generated by third-party AI tools is subject to those tools' own terms.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape the library, share accounts, attack or overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
No warranty
Clovoso is provided as is. AI tools change and may produce different results from the same prompt; we don't guarantee a particular output.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Changes
We may update these terms. When a change matters, we'll say so on the site or by email before it takes effect. Using Clovoso after that means you accept the new terms.
